A Brief Background on the Competition's Polyester Layouts:

Most of the Casino Table game Layouts or poker table felts being sold by other Vendors are a Polyester material. Most of these Companies use a dye-sublimation and a transfer process to put the ink on the layout material. This transfer on Polyester looks great at first, but the color or inks do not last. The ink doesn't penetrate deep into the fabric, this produces a layout that will turn white over time at the high fiction areas. You may have seen this on table game layouts at certain Casino's...usually this happens in front of the dealer spot. This occurs within about 30-60 days in a high volume table game. This white is not acceptable to our customers and it should not be acceptable to you.

Our Nylon Layouts and the Printing Process:

Our Nylon poker felts and table game layouts are printed using an Acid dye direct to fabric digital printing process! Our Special, very rare fabric is first treated, then the printing process takes place. After the gaming layouts are digitally printed, each must be steamed to set the ink into the fabric. The next step is a scour and then wash, this eliminates any excess ink. The last step is set to dry the layout. This process produces a superior table game layout that will never turn white over time! The ink will not come out of this nylon material. You can take a wire brush to these layouts and you will not see any white marks, try that on a polyester layouts!
