Art Guidelines
To avoid additional charges and potential delays, art must be presented as output-ready digital files and should conform to the art specifications below.
Acceptable Formats (MAC or PC)
Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PhotoShop files (.psd), EPS, or PDF configured to press quality (CMYK color mode). Remember to outline all fonts. Raster files (TIFF, JPG) are only acceptable with the resolution of 150 dpi at actual size or higher.
* Do not submit any font files. All text must converted to outlines before artwork is submitted.
* All files should be flattened before submission.
* Submit only one file per print
* All files should be created at 100% at 150 dpi or higher, or at 50% at 300 dpi or higher
* Please save your files in CMYK mode.
* Please provide us with your PMS color matches for all pertinent color matches. Please note that not all PMS colors can be matched exactly, but we will do our best to come to a close match.
* Please include bleeds in your files to allow for wrap around during an installation (add 4" to both width and length of a file).
* Anti-aliazing must be turned on when you export to .tiff. This will make your text look smooth, avoiding jaggy artifacts.
Charges
Custom design - $80 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours. Includes concept design, layout and up to three rounds of revisions. Additional changes: $80 per hour in 15 minute increments.
Customer-supplied artwork
$80 setup per game, per design. Applies to all orders except reorders placed within 24 months of original order.
Stock designs - $80 setup for background color change and logo insertion per game, per design.
PMS matching - $40 (up to 5 colors). We will make every effort to match PMS colors when specified, exact color match cannot be fully guaranteed.
Color Targets
Colors do vary between the screen, desktop printer and final layout. When color matching is critical, we can supply a production color swatch for your approval for $50.00. A job cannot be rejected if the production swatch was not requested and product color does not match your expectations.
Copyrights
Customers warrant that all images supplied for reproduction are unencumbered by copyright and other usage rights connected to the image(s) and agree to hold harmless and indemnify Rye Park Gaming for all claims and expenses for any actions in law that may result from the use of these images.
Files
All digital files created by Rye Park Gaming remain factory property. Our storage policy is to keep every file for 24 months. After 24 months, reorders are treated as new jobs and require new art and set-ups. Original art is returned on request. Please make a duplicate of the master disk. Do not send us an original copy, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged disks.
Approval
We will e-mail you an art proof for your approval. Please print out, sign, date and fax approval(s) and/or changes to (877) 722-3053.
Production Time
Standard Manufacturing Time:
Gaming Tables: 4-8 weeks (up to 20 tables)
Player Seating: 6-8 weeks (up to 300 chairs)
Beverage & Service Carts: 3-4 weeks, 8-10 weeks on custom colors.
Table Game Layouts (Stock Design): 2-3 weeks (up to 60 layouts)
Table Game Layouts (Custom Design): 3-4 weeks (up to 60 layouts)
Table Hardware: 2-3 weeks
Gaming Chips: 4-5 weeks (up to 10 000 chips)
Manufacturing time is calculated from time of receipt of funds and design approval (when applicable). If the customer delays approval of order specification and/or processing of down payment for more than 10 calendar days after the date of the offer, Rye Park Gaming reserves the right to change manufacturing time, as circumstances dictate. Rye Park Gaming may increase projected manufacturing time depending on current work load or seasonal holidays.
Shipping Information
All goods shipped FOB origin. The buyer accepts the risk of loss or damage of the goods once goods leave premises, as well as any additional costs caused by events occurred after the goods have been collected by the carrier. Packaging charges include loading cost.
Creation of the export documents, customs formalities and loading of goods takes 1-2 working days. Export documents, certificate of origin and other customs formalities represent an extra cost.
Quality Guarantee
All Rye Park, L.L.C. products are unconditionally guaranteed to be free of manufacturer or factory defects.
Refund and Return Policy
As most of our products are either custom built to a client's needs or are fabricated to order, all sales are final. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will do everything possible to help resolve the problem with any of the items that our company has made.
In some cases, if a design can be resold, a credit will be issued. You may only apply this credit toward the order of another item from Rye Park, LLC. Credit will be available upon receipt of the returned item in original condition and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for arranging the return shipment and all associated return shipping expenses, including insurance. Returns must be received by Rye Park, LLC within 14 days of receipt by you. Rye Park, LLC reserves the right to grant a full refund or repair the product at its own discretion.
All returns must be unused! Used products will not be accepted for return so that we can continue to provide the most competitive prices for our customers! We DO NOT sell or restock used products!
Cancellations or Changes to Your Order
To place an order a 50% deposit is required with the balance due upon completion and before shipping. Because project design engineering or actual production begins shortly after your order is placed, please be sure of your choices before placing your order. If you wish for any reason to change or cancel your order, you must notify Rye Park, LLC within 7 days of the original order date. If we are given notice of a cancellation within 7 days of the original order date, a refund will be issued in the same tender as your deposit payment. However, if your order has been started by Rye Park, LLC or if materials have been purchased specifically for the project, those expenses would be deducted from the deposit payment.
Credit only will be given on any orders that are cancelled after 7 days from the original order date. These cancellations w ill be reviewed on a project by project basis, based on the amount of work already expended on each project to determine what credit, if any, might be issued. If you want to make any changes to specifications, materials or details, these would be subject to any appropriate up-charges depending on the materials and labor involved.
Shipping Policy - Damaged Package or Item
We ship our products FOB shipping and all of our shipments are fully insured. Be sure to inspect your item for damages before shipper leaves your residence or place of business. If item is boxed or crated, be sure to inspect box, crate and the furnishings for any damages from shipment, and contact the shipping company immediately upon receipt if there is a problem. Keep the original box and packing materials, as the damaged piece must be returned in the same packaging. In most cases, you will need to fill out a claim form directly with the shipper, as they would be directly responsible for damages related to shipping and delivery. If there is apparent damage with your delivery, talk directly with the movers on how best to file a claim. We will do everything we can to help expedite any damage claims with the shipper.

Rye Park, LLC will not be responsible for discrepancies in the color of its products as variations can occur depending on the color, stain and type of wood. All colors contained in Rye Park's website are representations only for they may vary from monitor to monitor, computer to computer, person to person. For exact color matches ask for samples to be shipped.

Please note that pricing on the Rye Park website does not include sales tax (if applicable) or delivery costs (which can be quoted). Custom projects are priced based on the information described within the written price quote provided for each custom project. If the design evolves in scope, details, or work required beyond the original quote then we would need to re-quote these changes at that point.
Customer must carefully review and approve any written descriptions, drawings or finish samples if normally provided with the product they are purchasing. All products will be made to these specifications. Verbal approval by customer shall be considered as a written approval, if customer chooses not to send a written approval back to Rye Park. All lead times quoted are close approximations of the production time required for any given design to ship point. Delays in production time may be caused by slow approval of project drawings or finish samples by customer, unforeseen complications with availability of materials, schedules of any sub contractors, design limitations, etc.
Rye Park will not be held responsible for delays beyond its control. On site assembly or adjustment may be needed on some projects and would be by others locally. Rye Park accepts no responsibility for setup and assembly performed by anyone other than Rye Park. Production time from ordering might vary depending on the complexity of the custom project and would be specified within the price quote.
Rye Park cannot be held responsible for potential problems with products that may occur in the client's home or place of business and is not responsible for any injury, harm or possible death that might occur in these places with the proper or improper use of products. Neither can Rye Park be responsible for products; such as, but not limited to, wear and tear, expansion and contraction of woods and joinery due to climatic changes, limitation of finish materials in any given situation, choice of materials or design chosen by designer or client, buyer's remorse or any other liability whatsoever resulting from use of the products. As all products are custom made to order, handcrafted and one of a kind, no guarantee is expressed or implied. Rye Park does not wish to receive confidential or proprietary information through its website. Any information or material received through the Rye Par k's website shall NOT be considered confidential. By sending Rye Park information or material, you grant to Rye Park an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute said information or materials.
